I'm so pleased I've managed it!! I had to have 3 days off last week due to really sore legs from boot camp. Couldn't walk let alone run. But I've been today, ran and completed week 5 run 2. I've got 6 weeks before I do my 26 mile trek for Alzheimer's Society and 8 weeks before I do the race for life 5k. So plenty of time to get my running on. Really enjoying this now. 😁

How did you find the jump from 5 to 8 mins?

Not too bad I was glad when I got down to the last 60 seconds on the second run but don't feel too bad either afterwards which is good.
