I have completed the programme. Last run on a treadmill, 10kmph for 28 mins, then 12 kmph for the last 2 minutes to ensure target reached. I have found the treadmill runs better than the outside ones, mostly due to the quicker recovery time and less muscle soreness. Easier on tbe joints and quads than Southsea sea front. I will keep it up I think.
