Woke at 5:00- had a choice of getting up or snuggling back under the covers.. I determinedly got up, dressed, drove to gym, had an awesome workout which felt easier at the end esp with the breathing pattern advised..sweating +++ continued walking until I got 7500 steps.. only 11500 left to get today :) . Got home and had theeee mooost deliscious egg and toast ever!! Now to wait for 2 yr old to wake up and getting the rest of my workout done.
