W6R3 awesome but app kept crashing!

So I'm officially a runner!

Unfortunately the app crashed on the 5 min warm up walk and then again while running at the 5 min check in, poor Jo got cut off. I just carried on as luckily I triggered my Fitbit to start when the run part started and just stopped at the 25 min mark. Fingers crossed for next week, no crashes! 😬🀞

I know we shouldn't get hung up on pace but just interested to know how others are doing... I got to 4.5km in the 37 ish min workout (so including the 10 mins of walking and the first crash delay). My focus is to graduate with the plan and then continue 30 min runs, x3 a week until comfortably doing 5k. Then maybe 10k.

Pheww... Long post. Hope everyones doing well and cracking on 😁

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, yes indeed you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, a pity on the app crashing, just hope for your next runs in week 7 your app doesn't play up again.

It's rubbish the app crashed on you. But you just ran 25 minutes non stop that's brilliant. Well done you 😊

Congratulations on becoming a runner!

With regards to the app crash I found it doesn't happen if I start it last...ie start music, strava anything else first and then click the C25K app. I'm not that technical so I might be talking a load of rubbish, but it worked for me 😊

Report your issue with the app back to the developers, at your download source, otherwise they will not know.

Unless someone has your body, your fitness level, your age, weight and experience, then there is little point in making comparisons............ some will be faster, some will be slower...........you are doing great and way more than you did in W1.
