So I'm officially a runner!
Unfortunately the app crashed on the 5 min warm up walk and then again while running at the 5 min check in, poor Jo got cut off. I just carried on as luckily I triggered my Fitbit to start when the run part started and just stopped at the 25 min mark. Fingers crossed for next week, no crashes! 😬🤞
I know we shouldn't get hung up on pace but just interested to know how others are doing... I got to 4.5km in the 37 ish min workout (so including the 10 mins of walking and the first crash delay). My focus is to graduate with the plan and then continue 30 min runs, x3 a week until comfortably doing 5k. Then maybe 10k.
