W5R3 - Mental barrier lie shattered

This run makes you feel that you can actually finish this program, isn’t it?

The first 5 mins were the toughest then the doubt crept in when Laura said “you are half way through” but then remembered what Laura said at the start, it’s just in our head, so kept going on.

Final 2 mins felt great as I managed to speed up a bit. Overall managed to keep my average pace similar to my previous runs which I felt was a bonus.

The mental block lies shattered definitely. Everyone else who are in the similar mental stage, believe in yourself and the program. The feeling at end of the 20 mins is worth all the hard work, Wow!

All the best everyone!

I am at exactly the same stage as you. I feel amazing that I actually ran for 20 minutes without stopping x

Just done W5R1. Have looked at 2 and 3, and yes R3 is definitely the one I’m most looking forward to smashing/or dreading in equal parts!

Well done, huge milestone 👍

Congratulations!

Nicely done, especially with speeding up a bit at the end.

Have a good couple of rest days and enjoy.
