I finished it, only because I didn’t want to have to do the run again. When Laura said “well done you have run for 15 mins and you only have another 5 to run I could have cursed.
I ran in my trekking shoes, which was good because the track was very muddy and the shoes are the comfiest.
My knee was fine, thanks to my physio friend and his magic sticky tape.
I am not sure I want to talk to the person who inspired me to start Couch to 5 K well at least not for a couple of days.
Things can only get better 👍

It was the first run that I didn’t feel satisfied with, I normally feel great after a run.
I think recovering from a cold and feeling I had to do the run spoilt it.
I will be careful with the following runs, and try to enjoy them
Well done! Onwards & upwards from here on. I have Laura - find her slightly irritating tbh! I could do without being told how much longer I've got to go - or how long I've done - it just makes me want to stop. It's a shame you can't have a choice of turning that on or off. Good luck with the rest of your running.
Me too! Heed the warnings on here - W6R1 catches a lot of people out. I did it today but had been warned. It wasn't easy I have to say but I got through it following the C25K mantra - slow & steady. Good luck but take it easy. Let us know how you get on.
They may look easy, but treat them with respect Pecora_Nera, Week 6 catches lots of people out. It's still building, don't discount the walk breaks, you're still upping your exercise time...
Start nice and steady still and enjoy the runs. 😊x
I found Wk6 R1 easier than Wk5 R3 but I guess it depends on the person. I really appreciated having the walking breaks after the 20 min solid run in Wk5. Just don’t go any faster thinking it will be a doddle
