Finally finished

I haven't posted on here much (once maybe?) but I just wanted to note for posterity that I have finished (and even, after a quicker walk breather carried on to 5k in 36minutes) !! It took me two weeks to finish week 9 as I have been suffering with pain in around my lower legs (it seems to be in a ring, the same height on each side - any ideas?) but yesterday and this morning it feels much better - lots of stretching!

That being said, I feel so proud, this the first time I have completed any program relating to health. I have signed up for the GNR for Cancer Research in September (planning to run/walk) so I'm going to work on slowly building up my distance and maintaining stamina.

So chuffed!! :D

Congratulations!! It’s going to be my 5th week running and I really enjoy it. I have the same problem with my lower legs and no idea what is the reason.

Well done again!

I have been trying to stretch a lo and take it easy. I have actually been doing a lot of walking in between runs to keep moving and it seems to be helping! Well done on the running so far! Good luck!
