Over the moon, I’ve done week one, feeling very proud of myself. Today’s was a little tough as my runs seemed to be uphill, next time I’m taking a different route, no hills!
Still feeling slightly right behind my left knee, but not painful, so presume it’s ok 🙃

Woohoo, well done! You’ll feel great as the weeks go on and you feel fitter and fitter - in week 4 now and can’t believe I’m actually able to run for 5 minutes without stopping! 😊
