Hi I’m 63 and never run before. Slightly overweight and just completed W1 R3. I struggled with the first two runs, found the third a little less achy. My question is do you think I should repeat W1 to see if I feel more comfortable? Thanks in advance 🤗

Hi... and welcome
Firstly... very well done It is great to have another slightly more seasoned runner in our midst..( I am 68)/
Now, have you checked out this post...
healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
There is a lot of great advice for new runners
The next thing is, carry on... you completed the runs so move forward, and when you do, do it slowly and steadily. The slower the better. Try to relax and just move on gently.
If you are struggling then slow down more No such thing as too slow...( unless you are in a race
Keep posting your runs for great support and advice from the forum friends
No. It was successful so move on. If I remember rightly, W2R1 is lovely! 😊
Move on .... 😊👍🏻
Thanks everyone x
