Run 1 fantastic even kept going and speeded up a little..
Run 2 not so good. Had 2 rest days prior (don't like running on a Friday) It was a killer from the start. I did finish it but my god it was hard.
Run 3 was tonight.. I had to force myself to put my trainers on.. Was dreading another bad run. However it wasn't so bad, hard in the last 3 minutes but I did it. Think I might of ran through a gremlin..!
Week 9 here I come..!

There is absolutely no better feeling than kicking one of those gremlins into the solar system to enter orbit and never bother us again. Truly. To be able to run when the gremlins are doing their utmost to tell you to stop is the hardest thing (for me at least) about this running journey. I am massively envious and hugely proud of you - I know we've never met but I struggle so enormously with the gremlins and too frequently let them win. Well done!
Thank you.. you've made me smile.. I kept going and broke it down to the next Kirb, the next corner.. when I made it to 23 minutes.. (struggling and feeling sick) I wasnt letting them stop me with 5 minutes to go..xx
Blinking gremlins tend to bite you on the bum when you least expect it, like oversized mosquitoes. Well done gem on kicking them into touch , you are close to joining RebeccaSK on the graduate podium. Keep going girls...
Just stay positive and keep going but slowly and steadily...this is a journey... and you have to make sure you take it steadily enough to enjoy. Gremlins are a pain.... they really dislike being ignored... so ignore them as you carry on gently to the next run
