I have just done W6 R2 and never thought I would manage 2 x 8 min runs but i did! So happy! However slightly freaked by the next one which is 20 mins!!

However. How come after 20 mins it drops back to shorter runs on week 6? Is this right or have I got a dodgy app?!

It's all good ☺ I remember being astonished when my Zen Labs version did much the same thing.

Personally - I think Baldric is behind it! 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

It's a cunning plan to make us fed up with interruption and delay so we become VERY motivated to run the whole 30 minutes in w8 😋

Ha, no its like that for a reason. Trust the program its very well thought out...

One run at a time, each one building your stamina and helping you get your breathing sorted.

Take Week 5 Run 3 nice and slow at the start, think of it as four five minute chunks and just keep going. Starting slowly will leave you enough in the tank to complete the session...😊

Week 6 is a step up actually, you will be active for longer. Don't ignore the walk breaks they form part of your session.

Good luck, hope you nail your Wk 5 R3😊x

Thanks. Just checking there wasn't a mistake. Got to get psyched up for that 20 mins!!

Because you're doing a walk/run programme. If you add up the walks and teh runs you will see each day gets progressivey longer.
