I had a really good run. The best yet. Tomorrow is 'Strength n Flex' (again with the lovely Laura) and then a day of rest on Thursday. Then I'll be out pounding the footpaths again on Friday

Well done, I am now due to move on to week 5 but my last run of week 4 was so bad I think I might repeat that last run ( boo, all my previous runs have gone well) Anyway, congratulations on having a great run!
Only repeat the run if you didn't finish it. My W4 R2 was catastrophic but I didn't repeat and did okay. You'll be fine. Try it first and the decide I actually found the continuous 5 minute run easier than the previous weeks mix.
Well done! You should be really proud of yourself. I'm going to try the strength and flex tomorrow.
