My son's school was closed today (frozen pipes) so we managed to do W2R3 and it was very good.
We wrapped up warm and as soon as we stepped out of the door we realised the ground was *extremely* slippery. Very slowly we made our way to the park and it had just started snowing, a very wet pointy (yes I did say pointy ) snow. We assessed the paths and concluded it was too dangerous to run on the walking trail so we went into the tennis field and ran there, on the untouched snow. It was comfortable and easy. Really happy with our progress, bring on Sunday for W3!!!
I hope everyone is having a great day
Quick question: in W3 are we doing 90s run 90s walk 3m run 3m walk and then repeat, or the 90s set twice then the 3m set twice?
Thank you in advance.

It’s 9 minutes of running, same as week 2, but only 6 minutes of walking as opposed to 10 (excluding warm up/cool down). It’s a 25 minute workout. I’m finishing week 2 tomorrow... (hopefully 😆) good luck, let us know how it goes!
