That’s me tomorrow.

I have decided that 5mins sounds like a bit of a jump, so as week 3 was 90s, 3m, 90s, 3m, I figured if I just ran 3m for all the runs, at least that’s better than last week, right?

I did much the same thing 5 years ago :) - C25K is a 9 week programme but no reason why you can't extend it by either repeating a week or doing what you propose. It's a marathon - not a sprint :) Move on to the next week when you feel capable.

Perfect way to build up your pace and stamina. That’s why the programme includes a repeat facility ! Have a great run x

I did that run yesterday. Just slow down a little and you'll get through five minutes. It's really not too bad. Just go at a pace you're comfortable with. You can do it!

I felt the same (and again yesterday doing w5r2 which is two 8 minute runs). Just slow down a bit and you'll get through it. The sense of achievement is fantastic. You've got to make the jump to 5 minutes at some point, might as well be now

Thanks! I only went and did it. The rain stopped especially for me, yay!

Was seriously flagging by the end of it, but I ran the 16 minutes I was meant to. 2.7km whoo hoo!!!
