Just completed run 2 of week 5 and have to admit that the first 8 minute run was quite tough until my breathing settled. The second 8 minutes was a bit better. Absolutely delighted to finish. Slightly daunted by the 20 minute run on Friday morning! I feel I need to make sure I have a decent dinner on Thursday night and a good breakfast Friday morning to keep my energy levels up. Any tips? 🏃‍♂️

Well done! Can’t offer any advice as going my 5/2 Friday. Any tips for that run? I’m assuming just keeping is slow?

Definitely. Keep it slow and steady. I played my music to try and keep distracted. Second run felt much better than the first one. Good luck on Friday and keep us posted on your progress. 🏃‍♀️

Jillyalex it just happens, suddenly you’ve run 20 minutes and you’ve no idea how! I decided “get to 15 and see how you go”, next thing I knew it was 20!

Good luck! You got this x

Great Beth-monkey. I feel it’s a step up week this week but feeling very motivated to get it done. 🏃‍♀️

It is just another workout and actually shorter than the one you have just done.

Stay slow and it is yours for the taking.
