You've been built up to this over the 5 weeks of C25k you are definitely physically fit enough, it is just all in your brain.
It is very warm outside (assuming you are in the U.K.) so make sure you run extra slowly, are well hydrated and wear shorts or cropped leggings (I was hot this morning in shorts!) Best of luck and let us know how you do. 😊
Done it! Ran on the shady side of the road so quite enjoyed it! Absolutely buzzing now! Struggled to run for the 1min in week 1 and now I’ve ran for 20mins. Slow but 20 mins is 20mins!!
