Wow, that was tough going but I did it!! Wanted to give up a few times along the way, but didn’t. Quite proud of myself but not looking forward to doing it again, plus more!

Well done!!!! I did it yesterday and hope you jumped for joy as I did. Found the first 5 to 10 minutes really hard but kept going and what a feeling to hear that voice in my ear saying you’ve done it!!!! Best of luck next week and we can cheer each other on..... the support on here is brilliant🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done on finishing week 3. You can do week 6! It's achievable, just remember to keep your pace steady with longer runs, it's all about getting to the end.

Well done!! I did mine yesterday also. Was dreading it beforehand. Worst bit for me was at the 18 minute mark when I had to stop for a car to turn into a street. Hard to get going again. Now you have done it once it will be easier next time.

Well done, I also completed this yesterday and was completely amazed at myself. “Slow and steady” I think is the key. Good luck with week 6, apparently it has bite!!

Well done ✌️😁👍 feels fab doesn’t it?! I’ve Just done the same run and the 10min mark was the worst bit - had to push a bit and just keep one foot in front of the other but, after that, I quickly found my comfortable pace and I’d lined up my favourite tracks on the iPhone for the last 10 min so was mentally ‘dancing’ rather than ‘running’ (‘cos I’m not a runner 🤣). W6R1 is a bit of a ‘let up’ 😁👍
