Yesterday I completed week 5 run 3. I didn’t think I’d be able to do it but I did! Although at the end probably could have walked faster than I was running! I was absolutely made up with it

Well done. I also completed this run yesterday and like you I think my walking pace is faster than my jogging, but it doesn't get the pulse racing like jogging! 5 weeks ago I struggled to run down 1 side of the park without keeling over. Yesterday I did 3.5 laps in the 20 mins, which is about 3 KM. Very happy. Also, before starting this programme my right hip & left knee were painful. Now they feel much better. I just needed to get off the couch & get my blood flowing
