Thought about today's run all week - and dreaded it!
Woke up with a stinking cold, opened the curtains to see snow, and thought it would be even more impossible...
However, it was fine. Actually, more than fine. Went really, really slowly, but had a bit of a burst of actual running towards the end and felt so, so proud Would quite like to do it again now!
Anyone who's building up to that final run of week 5, fear not! If I can do it, anyone can.
Well done! And in the snow and with a cold too. I'm sensing you might be getting addicted to this running lark!
superb well done almost everyone looks at that run and has a fit but as you say it really isnt that bad and the preceeding runs have built you up to do it enjoy that feeling of achievement as you go forward to week 6 , really well done again
Congratulations on getting the dreaded week 5 run 3 done! and doing it with snow and a horrible cold is even more impressive.
Hope you're getting warmed up now, colds are such a nuisance! Xxx
Well done, a great run to get done! Hope your cold shoves off soon! x
Thanks. Yes, colds, very annoying, especially when you need all the oxygen you can get! I was pretty red in the face by the end of it, but nothing new there. Well done to you, too, Yeshe Roll on week 6. Glad I've read up that lots of people find this an unexpectedly tough one, as I feel a bit more prepared...
Oh well done. Such a funny post as it could have been me writing it! Exactly how I've been feeling, how I ran, and even down to the 'spurt' at the end - and also the wanting to do it again! Isn't this great! See you in week 6!
See you there, Buffy. Good luck! Onwards and upwards!
Well done. The last run on week 5 is the big step up and everybody fears it. But all complete it. Just shows how good this Podcast is. Now you have the confidence for what's to come. Well done again and stick at it Glu.
Great, Jase, feels like a turning point, doesn't it? All very exciting. I was super-excited to start week 6 today too. I guess it gets a bit scary again at some point, but yes, week 5 was quite a high! Go for it and enjoy
