Thanks guys for giving valuable advice for going slow and steady . I was able to do it comfortably.

My runs were just like brisk walking (as u can see in calorimeter) . However it helped me to finish it without any trouble in fact I was able to push little bit on last run .

I am happy and looking forward to W1R2

Yeah I have gone through it .. it’s very comprehensive. doing some pre and post stretch exercise as mentioned

You can do it Grimreaper I came back to W1 a second time and this time I did it. Keep gping with no smoking you will feel so much better......I am also ex smoker. Following you now!
