The C25K programme is brilliant! If it can get an old, overweight ex-smoker like me to run 5K (which it has) then it can certainly work for you. Good luck!
Well done for getting started - that's the hardest bit. If you need convincing that this programme really works wonders, just read some of the stories on here - you will feel inspired to keep going.
I've just done w1r1 as well. I thought I was reasonably fit, well, not quite couch level, but it turns out i'm absolutely knackered and had to sit on a bench at the end. Onwards and upwards eh?
Hi Fran04, I know EXACTLY how you feel but I am so determined to do this. I am really impressed with all the lovely, positive, encouraging posts on here. I have just finished W2R3 and I agree, it's a killer. But try to stay motivated and I'm sure you (and i, and all of us) will get through it.
