After my phone fail the other day, I gave W1R1 another go this morning, and I managed it! Yay! Big thing I learned was to take it steady when doing the run bits. Very pleased to have made the start.

Good job Andrew! Yeah I always push too hard on the first run, now learning to hold off a little to keep some fuel in the tank.

Starting is the hardest part! My first breakthrough was learning that my brisk walk could be faster than my run. Not getting puffed out too soon was key. Once you learn to run slowly, you’ll be building up strength and stamina as the durations increase. And slow running is still running! It’s an incredible journey - you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve!
