DID IT! Week four run one!

Had been worried about this due to step up from 9 mins of running, with lots of gaps, in week three, to 16 mins with less downtime in week four.

Then with great help from fellow posters I started to look forward to the challenge BUT woke with a sore foot ( ??early gout which I've had before) So, I left it till the afternoon took some anti-inflammatories - felt a bit better -so I went for it and managed it! Really chuffed.

I used the advice about making lists and blowing out bad air (thanks guys) and although it was hard it was 'do' able and feel great for having done it.

Not sure if foot too happy though!

Well done you for getting out this cold frosty morning! Hope your foot feels better very soon.

You deserve to feel chuffed - ENJOY THOSE FEELINGS!

Thanks Beek, but I dread milled it in the gym! Still counts.

Well done! One minor point, you have posted this under "Questions". We do like to be tidy!

It's not really a problem at all. If you scroll to the top of the page you will see the green tabs bar under the Couch to 5k title. Click on the Posts button to take you to that page and you will see, just below, the yellow Create a Post button.

Doh! Sorry, obvious! Did W4R2 last night and was easier. I actually think this is going to happen!

It is an exciting moment when you realise that it is possible. Take it a run at a time. Keep running, keep smiling.

Well done for getting through this one - sorry to hear about the onset of pain in your foot... my right knee/hip are not 100% - it's been my biggest worry through C25K so far - not the running, but the fear of injury and set-back. Here's hoping you triumph! Good luck.
