Roll on week 4! Though a bit worried about 5 minutes. Started out slower today on this run and no shin pain so it really counts to go slowly. Looking forwards to seeing if I make it through w4r1 on Monday.

Well done and you will be fine, just take it nice and easy. I was worried about the 5 mins as you are, but this morning I have done the 20 minute run in WK 5. If I can do it anyone can. Keep believing 🏃🏻♀️
