This is my first progress post Im quite overweight to put it midly so it took me and little longer to get my fitness up to complete week 1 without quitting midway through but ive stuck at it and i finished week 3 today with ease cant wait to graduate!

Well done jintymaginty, im very over weight. 5 stone according to my BMI, I have lost 3 since Christmas with doing weight watchers and the running defo helps.
I just graduated last Wednesday. So just take your time, tale it nice and steady and you will get that graduation badge and reach your goals. Trust in you and trust in Laura. You can do it 👍

My husband and I finished w3 today too and feel very proud of ourselves! We're doing couch 2 5k and weight watchers and lost 7lbs in 5 weeks, the running defiantly boosts weight loss and WW keeps me on track! We are both hoping to lose around 2 stone so bit of a way to go but confident we are going to get there and keep running!!!
