Evening fellow couch25K buddies. Another week bites the dust and I’m loving it. Never thought I would say that but my confidence and strength is growing week on week. It seemed daunting the thought of running for 25 minutes but I really enjoyed it. Even though week 7 has three 25 minute runs, I now know I can do this!
The other thing I’m really pleased about is I’ve found my mentor. After trying all the others Sarah Millican does it for me. I still can’t imagine her running but I love her approach. I think she’ll be with me to the end.
