Completed week 6 this am. Super pleased I ran for 25mins! I actually found this quite “comfortable” breathing wise, so I know I have a bit more in the tank which makes me feel pretty good about myself 😊... I did have a bit of a panic when I realised Michael paused due to my daughter calling me in the middle but luckily I checked the app after her call - phew! (So I prob ran for a couple of mins longer than 25.😆)
I don’t know whether the time of day affects the running. I’d switched to evening runs for the first 2 runs this week as I’m back at work after a couple of weeks off. I’m just wondering whether being sat on my bum most of the day on conference calls in my warm conservatory perhaps is not the best prep for running. Anyway , I’m going to try mornings for the week 7 runs and see how that works out.😄
This program truly is amazing & together with the incredible support on this forum, I’m starting to believe I will achieve something I never thought possible 🏃♀️👏

That’s great to hear! Congratulations, fellow runner 👏👏👏. Now you know you can run for 25 minutes, it makes Week 7 suddenly within your grasp! Although not really suddenly, because we’ve been working towards it from the start.
I always run in the early mornings. I love the peace.
At this stage, with the walking intervals gone and the psychological barrier of 25 minutes broken, we just have to keep it up!
You are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER by completing run 3 of week 6, congratulations, you enjoyed your run today, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 25 minute runs, it's not now too long until you graduate.
