Well I actually did it! 25 minutes running. Ran up the lanes with the doggies again. Found my new place for sure. Week 7 starts Saturday.

After my 12.5 minutes I was going to turn around and run back but when I looked there was a man dressed in black not far behind me (that's how slow I run 😂) so I got spooked and carried on running really fast until the end when I realised I was miles away from home and had to walk all the way back! Lol x

It does......and I even got lost once.. in a village I have known for years... that took a really long time!

Oh gosh... I have done that many times when I started... had to walk back... not because of strange men, but because I forgot to run around halfway through the run DUH!!!

He may have just been out taking the air.... although I did have a spooky actually a ghostly encounter on an Old road near me last winter!!

Those lanes bring back loads of lovely memories.. memories from my childhood walks with my grandmother and walks with my own kids when they were little. Think that the memories keep my mind off the running x
