My tip is don't dread any run, it causes tension and can limit the ability to breathe, so relax and read this healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You started this knowing that it was going to progress to you running for thirty minutes........why on earth are you worried, you should be excited by getting so close to your target. you cannot fail this plan unless you head back permanently to the couch.

you will be fine.

You will get through it the same way you got through all the runs up until now. Slowly.

I’ve got this to come later this week. The way I’m looking at it is it’s only 5 mins longer than the dreaded Week 5/3 run. If I managed that then I can do this by slowing down a bit. Oh and making sure it’s a flat run! Good luck you’ll do great! Let us know how it goes. 😊

Well done. Hope it wasn't as bad as you thought it would be. I've just done week 2, run 1 and was dreading it too, being a complete novice but so glad I did it. Keep going you're nearly at the end.👍
