Second run of week 1 , can’t say I’m looking forward to it , but something I need to do , can’t wait until I actually enjoy running , been wanting to do this for a while , finally plucked up the courage 😊

It took me until the final run of week 2 to start enjoying it. Two weeks later, I’m on my final run of week 4 and officially addicted!
dcall, I started running in 2016 until my knee protested, I started again in 2017 with a pre C25K to check my knee held up. I graduated from a local C25K group and recently trained with British Athletics as a run leader. This week I started 2 C25K groups encouraging people who are new or returning to running to learn to enjoy the benefits running gives you. My advice to you is to find out who in your group is able to do the homework with you. It is much much easier to run with a buddy or a few. Everyone moans .... they do!! You are not the first nor will you be the last. Set yourself a personal goal, one that is achievable ... it is your goal so any time you are wavering or thinking of giving up remember why you started. Good luck.
