Dry warmer day so decided to go a bit slower and go further. Why is it your legs don’t listen to your head. Went slower but only marginally! Still this will be last run before I head down to Norwich for Christmas with my son and daughter in law. Going to go to her gym and try a running machine which I have never tried. A bit nervous about it as I do all my running outside. Any tips?

Merry Christmas to you all and thanks for the support since I joined this group.

Thank you . Not going to be easy to not overendulge but as I have lost almost half a stone I am determined not to put it back on. Merry Christmas 🎄

Great effort on 6k and weight loss. Enjoy your trip away, just relax on treadmill it will feel different from out doors but just go with the flow and adjust speed to suit you not to any preconceived setting. Merry Christmas to you and your family

I’ve only done a treadmill once. It was ok but I got really hot and really bored- so download something to listen to or even watch on your phone or pick a treadmill with a view and wear your lightest running kit. Also - I was told to set the machine at an incline - I think 0.5 is enough. It was easy once they’d told me what to do. At first I wasn’t sure about letting go of the ‘handles’ to change the speed etc but it got easier to use quickly. Enjoy
