Hello All
Just completed C25K Week 9 Session 3. After about 3 years, doing it sacking it and then going back.
Minor injuries being the main cause, mainly to do with gait, incorrect shoes and also feeling relaxed around my running.
So I went the long way round but believe me it's worth it, an exercise you can take anywhere with the minimum of kit and fuss.
Persistence pays off, now it's part of me and helps me in all aspects of life.
Enjoy your running

Cheers guys n gals
The post was intended just to motivate people who are suffering from injury problems that set them back.
Just a case of healing and getting back on the horse so to speak.
It is do-able and persistence does pay off.
Hoping to do the Great North Run this year with a bud.
I'll keep you posted : )
