Hi all, I finally completed the C25K today and realise it took longer than it should have to complete because I find it sooo hard to maintain a slower pace . I constantly find my speed creeping up and have to tell myself over and over to SLOW DOWN. Very frustrating but very happy to get to the end. Now I just need to be consistent and hopefully run for longer ๐๐๐
Thank you to everyone on this great forum for your running stories, tips and willingness to share your good and not so good runs. You kept me going when I thought it was too hard and my running days were over๐๐๐๐ฅ

Thank you. I think Iโll focus on consolidating 30 mins for a while and maintain a slower pace because thatโs the thing that stops my progression ๐ฅด
