Finally completed C25K

Having tried this in 2012 and gave up at week 5, I was inspired by a friend to start again. It's taken me a lot longer than 9 weeks, but I got there this morning, doing my final run of week 9 at my local parkrun. No way could I do 5k in 30 mins, but I not only ran the 30 mins, but kept going till I finished. 37.02 mins. I was nervous of going to parkrun, but certainly the Telford one is well run and friendly with all ages, sizes and abilities. I will now try and improve my time over the winter. Is this a good excuse for a glass of wine !
