Just finished week 3 Run 1 whoop whoop! For some added motivation I've been googling Parkrun, Colour runs and Race for Life for when I graduate... What would folk recommend, or doesn't it really matter which I do first? I think they are all 5k?

All of them! Make a list, keep them in your sights and tick them off, one at a time!

Great plan 👏👍

That sounds like a good plan! A free one, a fun one and a charity one 😀 x

I’ve done a race for life (my first ever 5k), colour obstacle run, and a couple of evening neon runs (glow in the park and Supernova). I’m doing another colour obstacle next month, hopefully one in the autumn, and would like to do the evening glow one(s) again...

Oooh.... Just googled evening neon runs and they look fun... and it looks like there will be one near me later this year!! Will add it to the list! Thank you 😃

I’m on week 4, plan to do a Parkrun as my post graduation goal. Don’t think I’ll be on ‘5k in 30 minutes’ pace by the end of the 9 weeks, so it’s something else to aim for. Good luck!

I was thinking the same thing... To have it as a goal post- graduation. Thank you and good luck to you too! 😀
