I ran on Thursday ... Which was my graduation whoop whoop! But on that run and the previous I have had some niggles in my legs and feet in various places. I decided to have extra rest and run on Sunday. But it's Saturday morning and I'm up bright and early! I am contemplating going out!!

Only you know how the legs feel.. if there is pain... wait..if they just need a good stretch and a run... then take it gently... your body will soon tell you,

Just go out and enjoy your running this morning CM, it's a bit windy so take the run slowly, enjoy 😊 🏃 have a good stretch before and after the run 🏃 😊.
