Doing this for the people who kindly sponsored me is the best motivation ever!!!

Wish me luck 😊

I did my first Race For Life last year and had a blast! It's more of a fun run that a race, although some people do take it quite seriously and try for PBs. They can go off first, then the other runners set off. There were families and solo runners, lots of pink, and just a really fun event with no pressure. It's a good choice for your first one. Enjoy xx

Good luck, a great cause.

When my S-I-L and I did race for life a few years ago, we were both under the weather but determined to carry on, for those who’d sponsored us.

We were overtaken by initially a team of hula-hoopers, and then by a lady using a wheeled walker, and this is the first time I have ever admitted that in public…….
