After a week in Scotland eating steak and chips and not taking any exercise, and 2 bad, hard runs, I tentatively ran to Pilates on Friday (2k, downhill all the way!) then went out today. Amazingly I did 7 k and ( love the Nike app) my longest and fastest ( still v slow!!) run yet. Hurrah! I’m so pleased, I was beginning to despair, and now I feel reinvigorated And all the horrible pollen has gone which makes it much easier. There is hope for me yet!
