Tough run today, I did a new route to stay on the paths and the flat as it is so wet and muddy. It left my brain free to complain as I didn’t have to think about where I would go next! On the bright side, it wasn’t raining but the falling blossom could have been snow. After running in a fairly straight line I then had a long walk back home and got very cold, despite taking a hoodie. Luckily I walk fast or it would have been worse. Only one more run before I go on a mini break with my daughters. I will take my (new) non muddy trainers but will forgive myself if I fail to do R3 until I get back.
