Bravo! Well done for taking the plunge. I am only a couple of runs ahead of you and wholeheartedly agree: I would never have guessed that I would be excited to run for no apparent reason!

Who’d have thought that i’d actually look forward to my next run? Crazy times. How are you getting on? Is it a bit of a drug? X

I am getting on surprisingly well, actually, definitely feeling the high that comes with working out by the time I hit the 4th run in today's session. Trying to make sure I take it easy and don't overdo it though, so it lasts, you know! Why don't we follow each other for moral support since we are both just getting started? X

Thanks so much. Running has always scared me but this is so achievable. I’ve got modest goals to achieve a park run without the assistance of an ambulance crew! πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

Well done you πŸ‘

Nice work. I just did run 2 yesterday and my 12 year old is doing it with me so we can support each other and both try to get in shape. He is on the big side for his age.

I’m finding it super hard. I’m very unfit as have Asthma but I’m determined to try my best for both me & him.

Good luck to you anyway. X x x

Well done!!!! I’m certainly no racing snake myself πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. I would say I’m very much built for comfort, not speed. Keep up the fab work. X
