My view for my run this morning, 😁
After I checked the canal Wednesday I found out the Waterways have been along and done a very good job of putting in some rather splendid smooth sections 👍🏻 It was very tranquil running this morning... my thoughts were with those caught up in the terrible events in Spain.. but I very much enjoyed my run along the canal and will do it again..
Managed to get back in the house right before a huge downpour too so that's a bonus!!

Thanks Helenwheels, it is beautiful, I am lucky to live so close to it! If I manage to run a tad further it is all fields on both sides!!! I haven't dared look at Week 5 so Sunday is going to be interesting!!! 😁🏃 x
Nothing to be scared of......
I was always a kid who peeked at the Christmas presents and I couldn't stop scaring myself to death by looking ahead at the programme. I wish I had taken your approach as the programme works (as you know!)

Looks amazing. There is a canal near to me but not near enough to get to without a little drive out first. Although around here there is a bit of a story about people going missing by the canals so I am a bit too soft to go on my own anyway
