Well it’s done and I did it but it was hard work and I was willing away every second... but amazed I could keep going for essentially what was 16 minutes. Still don’t feel I’m running far but know I have to trust this process. Plus I’m secretly crushing over the lovely MJ’s voice 😉👍🏻 and it was a beautiful morning along the canal with lots of company ☀️
