Went for my W1R3 this morning. It's quite cold and definitely grey but saw beautiful tulip bloom. That brightens my run. Have to remember it's a gentle jog and not a fast run.

Nice work. I just did run 2 yesterday and my 12 year old is doing it with me so we can support each other and both try to get in shape. He is on the big side for his age.

I’m finding it super hard. I’m very unfit as have Asthma but I’m determined to try my best for both me & him.

I have a heart condition so running is hard for me. But my coach always reminds me it's a gentle jog. This makes it much easier and more gentle. All the best.
