What a grey day!

Grey but not cold, or damp (though there was a stiff breeze*) so I risked my first trail run since breaking my wrist in November. Canicross friends had taken Merlin out with them for a ‘proper’ run, so just had Bella free running with me - and I don’t have to worry about tripping over her 🐶

I lost my Garmin when I was taking part in a MoRun, just before my accident, so I was pleasantly surprised to see - after I got home - that my run sections were pretty consistent. And very pleased with the pace - I will admit I was pushing myself a bit, but not to the point of stupidity.

*a stiff breeze that seemed to be blowing in my face the whole run out and still blowing in my face 90% of the run back!
