Morning guys, so I did run everyday in January this year to raise money for Mind (the mental health charity). Only short distances 1.2 - 1-4 miles per day. Since then I had only ran twice until I started couch to 5k on Tuesday. I have just completed my third run of the week so week 1 is in the bag. I have done all the runs so far this week on the treadmill due to weather and childcare but thinking I will try going back outside next week. Anyone else starting their second week next week? 😀🏃🏽♀️😬

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
I would advise sticking to the plan even if you have already done a bit of running. Running development is best when done slow and steady.
