Well it's been 6 or 7 weeks since I hurt my knees. It's time to start again. I was just about to start week 9 but after the break I'm thinking of starting at week 1 run 1 and see how things go, if it's easy then the next run will be a week 2 run and so on until I get to week 7 or 8 I think.
I have knee braces and I'm ready to get going again, wish me luck π
