I think I might try a podcast on my next run. I love music but need to concentrate on my breathing, plus I’m hoping a really good podcast will give me something to focus on so I’m not constantly thinking “how long left on this £&@?ing run??”
Anyone got any suggestions? My first instinct is for the comedy genre but I’m open to everything!

I have the Rock My Run app. It allows you to alter the speed of the tracks which is a brilliant feature if you like running in time with the music. Loads of tracks on there to choose from, pop, 80s, 90s, rock, country....
I can’t help with a podcast but thought I’d pitch in that I listen to audiobooks on audible while running and that has definitely contributed to making me look forward to my runs even more!
