W4R1 done - knees up time!

Whew, in spite of my first run in the rain and cold, it went OK. Pleased - although just seen the forecast for Monday when I am due to do W4R2!!!

Knees holding up fine, which was a worry at first - right knee seems a bit too ready to get a sudden pain now and then.

Enjoy your weekend fellow runners, whatever the weather!

We’ve just completed week 4, did it on a treadmill in the gym didn’t like the thought of getting soaked in the rain. Well done for braving the weather x

Thanks - the rain was very light by the time I got out, luckily! Blooming cold though, especially after last week (was it only last week we had sun and heat??). I am not going to a gym at the moment and can't imagine running for long on a treadmill, much prefer the changing scenery of outdoors, so hat's off to you!

Thank you - I had downloaded these but hadn't got around to actually doing them! But I know it makes sense.

Completed week 4 this morning. It was raining and I had had very little sleep. For some reason I found this run easier than any of the others this week. Who knows why.
