Just back. Wow.
First half of first 8 minutes was wheezy and quite tough. Second half was grit and determination until the last minute where I’d found my breath and stride.
Cool down was the fastest 5 minutes I can remember.
Second run was good. I started off a bit fast and had to slow down so I was struggling a little in the middle but kept going and found my pace again for the last third.
Biggest buzz yet. Real sense of achievement.
