Week 4 Run 3 done so far so good, the last 5 minute run is very very slightly up hill, on the route I run, you would not notice to walk it but you can tell running it!! and I have noticed that the 5 minute runs this week I have enjoyed more than the 3 minutes as I am finding my pace I think, and can my face get any redder on completion? I don't think so hahaha Happy Saturday Running everyone x
